The Supplier will not remove any proprietary notices relating to the Buyer Data. If Malicious Software causes loss of operational efficiency or loss or corruption of Buyer Data, the Supplier will help the Buyer to mitigate any losses and will restore the Services to their desired operating efficiency as soon as possible.
